Is Team Today free?
Yes — Team Today is free forever for up to 10 users, with no credit card required. You get whereabouts, desk booking and the work planner, and can add leave management.
How do I activate the free trial?
Sign up and install the Microsoft Teams app; your first 10 users are always free. To try Premium features such as interactive floor plans, extra custom whereabouts and visitor booking, contact
support@team-today.com to unlock a trial.
How much does it cost beyond 10 users?
The Professional plan is $1.33 per user, per month for up to 100 users and 100 teams (with 10 users always free). Enterprise is custom-priced for organisations of 100+ employees. See the

Do I need to install any new software?
No. Team Today works inside the tools you already use — Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Google — so there is nothing separate to download.
Which tools does Team Today integrate with?
Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Microsoft Azure / Active Directory, Google Workspace and Google Calendar.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Team Today is fully GDPR compliant and hosted on AWS in London.
What languages is Team Today available in?
Team Today is available in English, French and German.
Can I add interactive floor plans?
Yes. Email a diagram of your office to
hello@team-today.com and we’ll build an interactive floor plan for you, usually within 1–2 days.
Does Team Today offer an API?
No, Team Today does not currently offer an API.
