The terms and conditions that govern your use of Team Today.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Team Today platform, websites and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must give accurate account information and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide, or interfere with its normal operation or security.
Paid features are provided on a subscription basis. Fees, billing periods and included seats are set out in your chosen plan. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process that data in order to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally suspend access for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our reasonable control.
The Service, including its software, design and content (other than your data), is owned by Team Today or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and our liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited as set out in your agreement with us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
