If you are unable to book a desk there are a few things you can check first before contacting us at support@team-today.com

When an office or desk is at capacity you are unable to book the space

Common reasons why you can't book a desk

  • The area you are trying to book into is full: If you try to book an area that is full you will receive an error message alerting you to the fact there is an issue. Try booking in on another day
  • The office is full: If there are no desks left available in the office on a given day then try booking another day
  • Desks or areas have been disabled: If a desk or area has been disabled you won't be able to book in. Speak to your office admin to find out when the desk will be available again.
